After breakfast and a morning city tour of Casablanca, visiting the magnificent Hassan II Mosque and the medina, drive northeast to Fes. The journey takes approximately 3.5 hours through the Moroccan countryside. Arrive in Fes in the afternoon, check in, and take a gentle evening stroll near the medina. Overnight in Fes.
A full day exploring the ancient medina of Fes el-Bali, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world's best-preserved medieval cities. Visit the famous tanneries, the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque (the world's oldest university), the Bou Inania Madrasa, and the labyrinthine souks where craftsmen work leather, brass, and wood using centuries-old techniques. Lunch at a local restaurant included. Overnight in Fes.
Morning departure toward Rabat via the imperial city of Meknes. En route, stop at the extraordinary Roman ruins of Volubilis, Morocco's best-preserved ancient site, set on a hillside with views across the plains. Continue to Meknes for a visit to the Bab Mansour gate and the medina before driving on to Rabat. Check in at your Rabat hotel. Overnight in Rabat.
Morning city tour of Rabat, visit the Kasbah des Oudaias with its blue-and-white alleyways, the impressive Mohammed V Mausoleum, and the Hassan Tower. After lunch, drive south to Marrakech. Arrive in the late afternoon and check in at your riad or hotel. Overnight in Marrakech.
A full day in the Red City. Morning guided tour of the medina, the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, El Badi Palace ruins, and the Saadian Tombs. Afternoon free in the souks of the medina. In the evening, visit Djemaa el-Fna, Marrakech's legendary central square alive with street performers, food stalls, and storytellers. Dinner at a fantasia show included. Overnight in Marrakech.
A free day in Marrakech. Optional visits to the Yves Saint Laurent Jardin Majorelle, a traditional hammam experience, cooking class, or a day trip to the Atlas Mountains foothills. Explore the souks at your own pace and pick up last-minute gifts. Overnight in Marrakech.
Drive back to Casablanca (approximately 3 hours). Optional morning stop at an argan oil cooperative en route. Transfer to Mohammed V International Airport for your return flight. End of tour.
