Three nights in the cool air of the Mount Kenya highlands, forest walks in place of a summit attempt.

This package stays in the highland zone of the Mount Kenya circuit, around 2,000 metres, where the air is cooler than Nairobi and the terrain is walking country rather than climbing country. There is no summit attempt on this itinerary. Three nights are spent at one lodge, with a guided forest walk, a stop at the equator marker near Nanyuki, and open afternoons.
