Begin with a boat ride on the magical shores of Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley, then move into the heart of the Maasai Mara National Reserve, Africa's most celebrated game reserve, for two full days of wildlife encounters. You will be able to spot the Big Five as well as numerous plains game across two completely different ecosystems, guided by an expert throughout.

Welcome to Kenya! Your Beliways Adventures guide will transfer you to Sarova Panafric Hotel (Mid-Luxury) or Hemingways Nairobi (Luxury) for your first night. Enjoy a welcome dinner, meet your driver/guide, and receive a full briefing on your upcoming adventure. Overnight in Nairobi on full board.
After breakfast, depart Nairobi and drive northwest into the Great Rift Valley to the beautiful freshwater Lake Naivasha, approximately 1.5–2 hours. Check into your lakeside lodge and head out for an afternoon boat ride on the lake, watching hippos at close quarters, African Fish Eagles overhead, and a spectacular diversity of waterbirds along the shore. Optional visit to Crescent Island Wildlife Sanctuary, a unique walking safari on a floating island where you can walk freely among zebra, giraffe, and impala on foot with no predators. Overnight at Naivasha Sopa Lodge (Mid-Luxury) or Chui Lodge (Luxury) on full board.
Drive south and west from Naivasha through the Rift Valley escarpment and across the Maasai heartland to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, approximately 4–5 hours of spectacular scenery. Arrive in the Mara in time for a late afternoon game drive, your first introduction to Africa's greatest wildlife spectacle. The vast savannah plains stretch in every direction, alive with lions, elephant, cheetah, and countless plains game. Overnight at Sarova Mara Game Camp (Mid-Luxury) or Sanctuary Olonana (Luxury) on full board.
Devote the entire day to the Maasai Mara on morning and afternoon game drives. With your expert guide and private 4×4 Land Cruiser, track the Big Five across the savannah, follow predator movements along the Mara River, and witness the extraordinary diversity of wildlife that makes the Mara world-famous. If visiting between July and October, the Great Wildebeest Migration offers one of the most dramatic wildlife spectacles on earth. Optional activities include a Maasai village visit, hot-air balloon safari at dawn (extra cost), and community outreach. Overnight on full board.
Rise early for one final morning game drive in the Mara as the plains come alive in the golden dawn light. Return to camp for breakfast before the drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the early afternoon. You will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international departure, or to your Nairobi hotel if extending your stay.
