Arrive at Kigali International Airport and transfer to the Volcanoes region. En route, a guided tour of Kigali, taking in the Kigali Genocide Memorial and the Kimironko craft market. Overnight on bed and breakfast.
Pre-trek briefing at the park headquarters, followed by the trek into Volcanoes National Park in search of a habituated gorilla family. Return to your lodge for the rest of the day. Overnight on bed and breakfast.
Morning tracking of the Golden Monkey in the Virunga bamboo forest. Afternoon visit to a local cultural village. Overnight on bed and breakfast.
Transfer back to Kigali. Free time to explore the city's museums and markets at your own pace. Overnight on bed and breakfast.
Transfer to Kigali International Airport for your departure flight.
