A facilitator runs structured challenges through both days, mixing outdoor activity with indoor sessions in a conference space at the lodge. Groups stay overnight on full board, with the cooler highland air and forest setting doing the work a change of scenery is meant to do. Cancellation Policy
- •0-7 days before the event or no-show: 100% of the total booking
- •8-14 days before the event: 50% of the total booking
- •15-30 days before the event: 25% of the total booking
- •More than 30 days before the event: 10% administrative charge
- •Final headcount is due 7 days before the event; billing is based on whichever is higher, the confirmed headcount or the actual attendance
- •Full payment is required 5 days before the event date
Travel into the Central and Mount Kenya circuit and check in to your lodge. Gather for a welcome briefing before the first round of team challenges in the surrounding forest, led by your facilitator and built around communication and trust exercises. Break for lunch, then continue with a second round of activities in the afternoon. Regroup at the lodge for dinner and an evening debrief. Overnight on full board.
After breakfast, move into the conference space for a morning of structured indoor exercises, followed by a final outdoor challenge in the forest before lunch. Close the programme with a wrap-up session covering the team's takeaways. Depart in the afternoon once the programme closes.
